Avalos Window Tinting

Welcome to Avalos Window Tinting. By using our services, you agree to comply with the
following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase
or service.
1. General Terms
- Avalos Window Tinting provides professional window tinting and related services for automotive, residential, and commercial applications.
- By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Avalos Window Tinting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments are required for all services. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
- A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any deposit.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
3. Service Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on our window tint installations, covering peeling, bubbling, or discoloration due to workmanship or material defects.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and an inspection by our team.
Warranty is void if the film is damaged due to improper care, third-party modifications, or accidents.
Certain film types or specialty installations may have different warranty periods—please inquire for details.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their vehicle or property is clean before service. Excessive dirt or debris may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Customers should inspect completed work before leaving the premises. Any concerns must be raised immediately.
- Newly tinted windows require proper curing time. Customers must follow aftercare instructions provided by Avalos Window Tinting.
5. Refunds & Returns
- All sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a customer is unsatisfied with a service, Avalos Window Tinting must be given the opportunity to correct the issue.
- Custom-cut film or special-order materials are non-returnable.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Avalos Window Tinting is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or surfaces.
- We are not liable for any legal penalties customers may incur from tinting laws in their jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for any unforeseen issues arising from window tint installation, including but not limited to electronic malfunctions or breakage due to existing damage.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is collected solely for scheduling, service updates, and internal records.
- We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Las Vegas Nevada.
- Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.
