Refund Policy

Avalos Window Tinting

At Avalos Window Tinting, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final. Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued.
  2. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, we must be given the opportunity to inspect and correct any issues before a refund is considered.
  3. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Avalos Window Tinting management.

2. Deposits & Cancellations

  1. Deposits made for appointments or special-order materials are non-refundable.
  2. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure
    to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  3. If Avalos Window Tinting cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances,
    customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of their deposit.

3. Warranty & Service Adjustments

  1. If there is a workmanship issue, customers must report it within 7 days of service
    completion for a free inspection and potential rework.
  2. Warranty claims for defects related to materials or installation are subject to the specific
    warranty terms provided at the time of service.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims; instead, we will offer a replacement or
    correction of the issue.

4. Special-Order Films & Custom Services

  1. Special-order films or custom-cut materials are non-refundable.
  2. If a customer decides to cancel an order after special materials have been ordered, they will
    be responsible for the cost of the materials.

5. Refund Processing

  1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original
    payment method.
  2. Refunds will not include any processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.
  3. Cash refunds will not be issued; all refunds will be processed electronically or as store
    credit.
